Refer a school, earn KES 100

1. Sign in to your school portal and open My account. Your referral code and link are there.
2. Share the link, for example in your teachers' WhatsApp group, or give the head teacher your code.
3. The school registers with your link or types your code on the registration form. It gets 200 free SMS credits once it is up and running.
4. When the school is really using the system, you receive KES 100 by M-Pesa. You can follow each school's progress in My account.

Within 60 days of registering, the school must:

• pass our check that its administrator is who they say they are,
• have at least 30 learners on the system, and
• have used it on at least 10 different days (marks, attendance, fees, records of work or sign-ins).

We check every day. Most schools that start properly get there in two to three weeks.

• Anyone with a portal account can refer, except learners.
• You cannot refer your own school, or a school whose administrator shares your phone number, email or ID number.
• Each school can be referred once: the first code used at registration counts.
• Rewards are paid to the M-Pesa number saved in My account, usually within 7 days of the school qualifying.
• Up to 10 rewards per person per month are paid automatically after our check; more are reviewed first.
• Fake schools or made-up data cancel the reward and may close the account. We may change the reward for future referrals; referrals already made keep the terms they started with.
